For this edition of Meet Frontdesk, we sat down with Claudia Chevalier, Senior Partner Success Manager. Claudia began at Frontdesk 2 years ago and during that time, she has demonstrated all of Frontdesk’s core values. Prior to Frontdesk, Claudia worked in Property Management. She was introduced to the company by her now fellow Senior Partner Success Manager, Bella. After experiencing and falling in love with the work culture, Bella thought Claudia would be a perfect fit for the company and referred her. In her free time, Claudia enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling whenever possible.

Tell me about your role and what you do here at Frontdesk?
I’m a Senior Partner Success Manager at Frontdesk, and I manage partnerships in a variety of markets- Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Des Moines, Ames, St. Louis, Minneapolis, and New Orleans. One of my main priorities is partner retention and ensuring our partners have the tools they need for our relationship to succeed. I also analyze our monthly revenue reports and close deals with the Director of Real Estates.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy forming connections and relationships with our Partners! Traveling to meet our partners in person is also a huge plus!
What is your favorite Frontdesk city?
So far, I’ve been to ten of our markets and have thoroughly enjoyed them all! If I had to pick one, it would most likely be Cincinnati. If you’re ever in the area, go to “A Taste of Belgium” and try the chicken and waffles!
What has been your biggest learning experience since starting at Frontdesk?
This was my first remote position, so I had to learn a new balance and get used to not being in a traditional office environment every day. The Partnership team is very close-knit, and we write Good Morning to everyone in the team on our channel every day! I truly feel connected to them and am grateful for the opportunity to work with them!
What advice would you give to others in your role?
Always be adaptable and eager to learn new things!
Bucket list place to visit?
I’d love to go to Tahiti! The over-the-water bungalows are gorgeous, and I love the beach!
